How to mark abnormal index?

Go to management interface, then tick the box in front of “abnormal display red” at the right side of this screen. And you can set up the temperature range, minimum running time, minimum average hashrate, and maximum rejection rate. Miners not meet any of these requirements will be marked in red accordingly.

Does the overclocking mode bring higher hashrate?

The hashrate of the X4 series is based on test results in standard mode (200MHZ). The X16 series is configured in “coin select”, “ETC”, “work mode”, “balance” mode and run continuously for more than 24h and the computing power is within ±10% of the standard computing power. You may try if overclocking can bring a higher hashrate, but hashrate in overclocking mode is not guaranteed.

How long does it take to display hashrate after configuration?

Usually, the X4 series is in 30 minutes, and the X16 series needs 15-20 minutes after configuration so that you can view the hashrate.

How long does it take to repair a JASMINER product?

Warranty machines: the after-sales delivery time is generally within 5 working days from the date of receipt confirmed by the system, which shall be subject to the actual maintenance progress. For example, the maintenance time of large quantities or complete machines will be extended according to the actual situation.

How to monitor the real-time status of miners?

You can monitor miners by using sl_miner softrware. Click “automatic monitoring ” button at the top-right corner of the main interface and select the interval time below this button. By doing so, the real-time running status will be updated automatically.

How to quickly configure a few miners in sl_miner software scanning results?

You can tick the boxes in front of miners need to be configured, and then click “Configuration”. Please do not select all miners if you only need to configure a part of the listed miners, otherwise, miners in running progress will be affected.

How to find a specified miner among a large number of miners?

There are two situations:
Need to find a physical miner related to an IP.
Select the server in sl_miner software main interface and click “Green light flash ” button. Check miners’ indicator light and find the one blinks fast. Click “Normal blinking” button to set the blink frequency of indicator light back to normal.
Need to find the running status of a miner.
Click “Start Monitoring” button on the management interface of sl_miner software and press “IP report” button on the miner you need to check. You will see the IP of this miner in sl_miner software management interface IP report area. And you can check the running status of this miner in sl_miner according to its IP.

Miners are in different IP segments. How can I manage all the miners at one time in sl_miner software?

In sl_miner software main interface, click ” IP Range” near the top-left corner to add and then select IP segments you need. After that, you can scan miners in selected IP segments.

How to distinguish all servers in the same network?

You can add suffix to miners in sl_miner software main interface by selecting the IP option in miner suffix area. After that, the “miner #” columns in the display list below will show the account name/wallet + the miner’s suffix (part of the miners’ IP).

How to use the sl_miner group control software to configure multiple miners?

In sl_miner software main interface, enter the mining pool address and wallet/account information. Add and select IP segments by clicking “IP range” button. click “Start Scanning” to scan all servers in the selected IP segments. Then, select all miners in the display area, and click “Configuration ” to configure all the miners at one time.

How to sort miners in sl_miner software?

In sl_miner software main interface, you can sort miners in ascending/ descending order by click on Miner IP, Running Status, and etc.

What is the reason why the device restarts automatically?

Please check whether there is a power outage or unstable voltage first, and then try changing the location and restarting to observe. If this situation still exists, please contact the post-sales for assistance.

Why does real-time hashrate fluctuate so much?

Real-time hashrate is unstable,and the average hashrate shows the overall performance better than the real-time hashrate. The 24-hour average hashrate of the continuous running miner should be within ±10% of the marked hashrate. If the 24-hour average hashrate is not in this range, please contact our after-sales service for assistance.
